Joie Jacobsen Wellness offers tailor made programs to address issues of overwhelm, burnout and stress, for employees at every level of your team/organization. Simple techniques that encourage a change in narrative and focus allow us to view problems as opportunities and create and implement intentions for new possibilities.

Lunch & Learn

Creating Intentional Resilience is designed to support motivation, positivity, and resilience, at work and in life.

Creating Intentional Resilience is a process that combines interactive discussion, empowering information, and transformative exercises. This process provides attendees with an opportunity to go deep on an issue or problem they’d like to address personally, in addition to working with the common issues and concerns that arise in all groups, teams or organizations.  The program runs 60 to 90 minutes depending on interaction and discussion.  The Creating Intentional Resilience process is more powerful each time your team engages with it, creating fresh opportunities for shifts, release, and transformation.

This process moves each individual through identification, exploration, and the release of blocks and beliefs that have been holding their issues or problems in place.  Working as individuals within a group, amplifies and accelerates our ability to create positive shifts for ourselves and the group as a whole.

Employees can bring their own lunch and eat during the program; however, providing lunch can be an incentive to increase employee participation.
