Lunch & Learn
Surviving to Thriving is geared toward keeping employees resilient, motivated, and positive, at work and in life.
Surviving to Thriving is a process that combines interactive discussion, empowering information, and transformative exercises. Attendees have an opportunity to go deep on an issue or problem they’d like to address personally. The program runs 60 to 75 minutes depending on interaction and discussion. The Surviving to Thriving process is more powerful each time your team engages with it, creating fresh opportunities for shifts, release, and transformation.
This process moves each individual through identification, exploration, and the release of blocks and beliefs that have been holding their issues or problems in place. Working as individuals within a group, amplifies and accelerates our ability to create positive shifts for ourselves and the group as a whole.
Employees can bring their own lunch and eat during the program; however, providing lunch can be an incentive to increase employee participation.
